On the morning of May 10th, Chen Qingjun, President of Zhongman Group, accompanied by Li Huifeng, Senior Vice President of the Group and Manager of the Iraq Branch, arrived at the ZPEC Rumaila base, bringing warm greetings from the group leaders.  Upon completion of the site inspection by both men, they fully affirmed the base construction, its plans, and the preliminary work that was underway.
